Which page, which keys or items, which file you saved.
One trial or one completion, in order. State the exclusion rule in milliseconds or item numbers.
Weak: “I did the reaction-time task on the website.” Clear: “Each trial showed a fixation, then a gold square after 800–2200 ms. I pressed the space bar. Twenty scored trials. Times under 150 ms or over 2500 ms were stored and excluded from the mean.”
Arts: wording. Cut hedges that hide the procedure. A stranger should not have to guess which page you opened.
Science: timing, keys, and exclusion rules stated in numbers (milliseconds, trial counts, reverse-scored item numbers).
