A form, a score, a table — then your own
This page is the class demo: ten statements, two in each of five
familiar domains, run once together. The graded work is different —
your own copy of this instrument already sits in
your private repo at week03-inventory/inventory.html
(with its stylesheet, inventory.css, right beside it).
Open your copy in VS Code, rewrite all ten items so they are your
own questions, keep the shape (5 domains, 2 items, one reverse per
pair) so the scoring still works, then run and export your CSV.
Running only the class demo below is not the assignment.

Seventeen versions of the same ten-item instrument, next to the class default (top left). Every one keeps the shape — 5 domains, 2 items, one reverse per pair — so the scoring still runs. Only the items are graded; the styling was an in-class bonus.
